These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between EasyHai, a registered MSME based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, and its clients. By using our website, subscribing to our Cloud ERP, or purchasing our Thermal Mobile Printers, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Service Definitions

EasyHai provides professional digitized business solutions:

  • Cloud ERP: Subscription-based software for Inventory and Staff Management.
  • Mobile Billing: Application-based billing integrated with WhatsApp Business API.
  • Hardware: Sale of premium Bluetooth/USB Thermal Mobile Printers.
  • Web Services: Custom Website Building and SEO for small and medium enterprises.

2. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

Clients utilizing our WhatsApp integration must adhere to Meta’s Business Messaging Policies. EasyHai serves solely as a technology facilitator. We reserve the right to suspend API access if the service is used for spamming or non-compliant communication that violates Meta's terms.

3. Support & "Hand-Holding" Policy

As a specialized MSME partner in Jharkhand, EasyHai provides 1-on-1 personal hand-holding support for all technical implementations. This support is available primarily during standard business hours via our Ranchi-based technical team.

4. Billing & Subscription Terms

Subscription fees for Cloud ERP services are billed in advance. Late payments may lead to a temporary restriction of access to the software modules. Hardware sales for Thermal Printers are subject to a one-time payment unless an EMI plan is explicitly agreed upon.

5. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

Your business data, including inventory logs and staff roles, is treated as highly confidential. We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your enterprise data on our cloud servers.

6. Jurisdiction & Legal

EasyHai is a government-recognized micro-enterprise. These terms are governed by the laws of India. All legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
